Austin, TX – San Diego, CA – Tower Construction is proud to announce its Title Sponsorship for this year’s Boys to Men Mentoring – 100-Wave Challenge, a peer-to-peer fundraiser where surfers spend 10 hours catching 100 waves in a single day, raising money from family, friends and co-workers. Please see the links below and watch the two very short video clips that give some insight into the great work Boys to Men Mentoring does.
Over the last several years Tower Construction has been supporting this vital program, Boys to Men Mentoring, which is also in the business of building communities based on trust and faith. They send teams of mentors into schools weekly, facilitating 45 groups a week, serving over 1,000 mostly fatherless young boys ages 11-17 and their families. They show up consistently to help young men identify the men they aspire to be and empower them to make new choices guiding them towards becoming that man.
There is nothing more powerful than surrounding a young man with a community of support and giving him the opportunity to reach his fullest potential. We hope that this year, by attempting to catch 100 waves in one day, we raise money and awareness for Boys to Men. Please consider supporting this cause.
